Legal return period (right of withdrawal)

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included, if this is reasonably possible. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the depreciation. Please handle the product with care and ensure proper packaging when returning it.

How do I register my return?

Returns can only be registered via info@4teanoir.nl. After registration and a positive assessment of the returned product, we will refund the order amount within 14 days, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Specific conditions for returning tea

Tea and herbs can only be returned in unopened packaging due to hygiene regulations. Please ensure the package is properly packed and sufficiently stamped. Insufficiently stamped return shipments unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving your return, you will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 days, including the original shipping costs.
