Shipping Policy

After placing an order in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping

To ensure the quality and freshness of our tea, we work with fixed shipping days. Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3 to 4 working days, unless these days fall on a public holiday. Delivery time then depends on DHL/PostNL. You will always receive a notification once your order is ready for shipment.

You can track your order using the Track & Trace code sent to you by email. If you did not receive a Track & Trace code, please contact us at info@4teanoir.nl.

Shipping area

It is currently possible to order directly through the webshop if you live in the Netherlands or in one of the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, and Sweden. Higher shipping costs apply for these countries.
