Within traditional tea cultures, gunpowder tea has been prized for centuries for its concentrated aroma and unique brewing method. Rolling the leaves preserves the tea's freshness longer and gradually releases its flavor during steeping, creating a balanced and vibrant infusion.

Ingredient: Green tea (Gunpowder)

Preparation: Use approximately 1 gram of tea per cup. Steep for 2-3 minutes in water heated to approximately 75-80°C. The leaves can often be infused multiple times; each infusion reveals new layers of flavor.
