Ingredient: Redi cotton leaf ( Gossypium barbadense )

Preparation: Use the loose leaves in a tea filter or tea bag and steep them in warm, just-off-the-boil water for 5-7 minutes. The longer the steeping time, the fuller and deeper the flavor. Use approximately 2 grams of herbs per cup.
