Ingredient: Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus)

Preparation: Use 2 grams of loose leaves per cup in a tea filter or tea bag and steep for 4-6 minutes in warm, just-off-the-boil water. The longer the steeping time, the fuller and more aromatic the flavor.
